Mix.1 and Mix.2

Dear all

As many of you know, Jens has stopped working at the club as of Wednesday. This means that mix.2 has no coach at the moment.

We therefore held a short meeting today with mix.1 and mix.2 and have agreed on the following:

1) Tuesday training sessions will be merged, with both teams playing each other. The main thing is to play a lot.

2) Thursday training sessions will still be held separately, unless there are so few players registered for training (from one or both teams) that the teams train together to ensure that everyone has a good experience. We are all committed to this.

3) In Holdsport, both mix.1 and mix.2 players will be linked to both teams so that everyone can see in Holdsport that there are enough players overall, so no one cancels when they can't see that there aren't that many players signed up for training from their own team. You still belong to the team you are selected for.

OBS: This means that everyone needs to be disciplined to sign in/out of training sessions in good time in Holdsport. And preferably arrive on time in respect for your fellow players. 

Thoughts: 

* If new players join, the starting point is that the player belongs to Wael's team and if the player is good enough to be on ‘Mix.2’, the player is passed on. This is probably only a reservation while the tournament is running. 

* We all have an obligation to give both teams the best possible conditions.

* Jesper has offered himself as a coach for the Mix.2 matches, if this is possible for him.
